Only 15-20 calories per serving (three servings per package). I mean, you can eat the whole package and not feel at all guilty. The sodium is really low and you get a whole bunch of nutrients. That's a good thing. And finally, the best part...they taste great. Look, if you don't believe me, check out the package...even Weight Watchers approves. You know what? I think Kermit was wrong. It is easy being green.
